Jeffrey Slotten, D.D.S.

Jeffrey R. Slotten DDS was born in 1955 in Chicago, Illinois. He attended Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota and earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology in 1977. Afterwards, Jeffrey Slotten attended the University of Florida in Gainesville and took predental courses while working at Shands Teaching Hospital in the Respiratory Therapy Department. He attended the University of Illinois College of Dentistry and earned his DDS degree in 1984. From there Jeff Slotten DDS worked at several dental offices in Jaksonville, Florida. In 1988 Dr. Slotten purchased the general dental practice of Dr. Bruce Tanner in Palatka, Florida. He has enjoyed serving the community for their dental needs.

Beverly G. Becker, EDA - Head Dental Assistant

Beverly is a Palatka native and has worked in dentistry for 25 years. She received her EDA and dental radiographer license from the University of Florida in 1986. Beverly has been part of Dr. Slotten's staff for 16 years. She has been married to Ronnie Becker for 36 years and has two grown children and 3 grandchildren. Beverly is very active in her church and in the community. She shows compassion and makes the patients feel at ease in the dental chair.

Theresa Frank, CDA, EDA

Theresa is a Palatka native, married to Ben with three boys and two grandchildren. Theresa has been in Dentistry for the Past 21 years since graduating from Concorde Career Institute in 1990, She has spent the majority of her career attending to the needs of anxious pediatric patients and her experience helps her to put the most Anxious patients at ease, Theresa attends Frances Baptist Church and is fully involved in her community. When you visit she makes it her priority to help you be relaxed and have an anxiety free visit.

Dana Renee Cribbs, CDA, EDA

Dana is a Palatka native and recently graduated from Santa Fe College with a certificate in Dental Assisting, She is furthering her education at Santa Fe College and Plans to obtain her AA in Business Administration. Dana has held several titles over the years including graduating with honors at Palatka High School, Jr. Miss Putnam County, Putnam County Superstar Award, and is involved in the community through singing in a band and karaoke. Dana truly loves working in dentistry. She is dedicated to meeting your dental needs when you visit our office and making you feel like family.

Jamie Becker, RDH

Jamie Is a Palatka Native. She Is a recent graduate of Santa Fe College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She not only cleans teeth but enjoys educating patients on their oral health. Outside the office, Jamie enjoys spending time with God, surfing, and working out.
